Its been a fairly busy time at home. I guess its true that I like my work, since I have spent a lot of practice time at the keyboard since I got home!

One of the things that I’m doing is preparing for the Keyboard Magazine live web cast coming up on Thursday March 27th at 10pm EST. Should be a lot of fun.

My plan is to bust out some of my cool leads and solos from various recordings. What will make it especially fun is that instead of just playing them against a prepared backing track I will have my keyboard buddy and the guy who is my host, the wonderfully talented Mr. Tom Brislin accompany me! I sent Tom some charts the other day and I feel guilty….so many meter changes. Anyway it should be cool! I will also talk about some my musical techniques and perhaps divulge some hidden secrets!

It’s kind of a new format of streaming video and audio on the web to viewers that sign up in advance. If you are interested, check it out and sign up here.

I brought my little Nord Wave keyboard with me as to keep practicing as well whenever possible. Maybe when I finish this diary update! Tomorrow we head home.

I just got my Fantom G 88 back from Japan a couple days ago, so I will reacquaint myself with that quickly in time for the Roland sponsered magazine event! Also gonna bring my V-Synth GT to the party that night.

That’s it for now.
