Dream Theater’s keyboardist, Jordan Rudess, launches 2015 Online Music Conservatory using interactive technology

Jordan Rudess, Dream Theater keyboardist, educator and instrument designer unveiled today a major update to his Online Conservatory. Entrepreneur and systems expert, Dani Koesterich, led the international design team in creating a state-of-the-art interactive learning experience. This release comes as Rudess is also completing the next Dream Theater album which is due in early 2016.
The Jordan Rudess Online Conservatory offers keyboard musicians at any level of skill the opportunity to learn all aspects of music creation and performance including basic music theory and technique, synth leads and improvisation. In addition there are Satellite courses featuring other instruments and topics.
In addition to Jordan’s successful music career he has gained notoriety as an educator, leading master classes and events at top universities, conferences and corporations worldwide.
Jordan says: I developed the Online Conservatory to expand my reach to music students all over the world. I’m excited that technology allows me to share my experiences and knowledge with people everywhere.

Check out our new “Ask Jordan” section, where you can post questions and videos for Jordan to answer (also by video). Ask for help with technique and exercises, musical advice, Jordan’s critique of your band’s performance, or anything else that comes to mind!
