got this big "toy" - Kawai MP6 stage piano. Beside pianos & EPs, church organs are excellent and of different types,
so you can mix/layer 4 different organ presets to create your own. also it has tonewheel organ simulation, but it's impossible to use it in live situation (no drawbars) , so its pretty useless. keyboard itself has the most realistic piano feeling, I rate it over Roland RD700, Korgs (RH3). that's a matter of taste of course, but I think i bought this piano model primarily because of keyboard "feel"

what's wrong with pitch/mod wheels location? it's not very different from Kurzweil or Yamaha boards, just moved up a little bit. Keys A0-B0 overlapped? I don't think these keys used very often together with pitch wheel :-)

+1 ... just don't like to have them in another place than on the left of the keys ... It is (IMO) much more natural when you need quicly to access them... but it is totally subjective

Well, it's here!

I have to say, it really looks awesome. The finish on the neck is definitely feeling awesome.

Busy day today though, so no real chance to try it out for sound testing, but tomorrow I should be able to get it tuned, and then have my first formal lesson on Wednesday!

Only 3 more weeks and I should be able to pull a Crossroads with John Petrucci!

...The guitar he was talking about getting in OP? lol

Oh and with the pitchbend wheel thing, I just find anything but directly left of the keys very uncomfortable and unnatural.

On the spirit of new gear i got me this:

Shure PSM 200 Wireless In Ear Monitors, i got a deal, about $300 on a used set from a friend who got endorsed by JTS so they give him a new set of IEM's .
$300 is a pretty good price in Latin america i can re-sell them and make a profit , everything worked except the earbuds, it still had the old E2's, i fix them (New Plug) but they still sounded like shit, worst earbuds ever, its scary that they actually shiped them stock, so i got some consumer grade Sennheiser ear buds that completely blew them away in every sense.
