Triton Rack is acting up

I'm so worried at the moment, my nephew DROPPED my triton rack into the floor, heck he couldn't stop fiddling with my stuff and it fell down and hit the floor. And now when I try playing on it with my midi keyboard it won't make a sound in Prog/Combo mode except if you play from the "Multi" setting. I don't really know if it was the dropping of it or if it's something else that messed it up as I know he is one hell of a fiddling kid. So could he have gotten into some settings or what could it be that's wrong?

Do a backup of any oif your sounds if possible/applicable, then do a hard reset and see if theres still a problem. If there is, you are probably screwed.

Hmm, should ALL the sounds dissappear when you do a factory reset? They shouldn't right? And well the problem was still not fixed. So that probably means I'm screwed :( And I don't have any money to fix it neither...
