Having trouble installing Kurzweil ROM's 3 & 4

Ok...so here it is:

I downloaded and followed Kurzweil's instructions to a T on how to install the ROM's. Then I installed the base object, SD object, and VEP object files.....then did a hard reset The 2661 comes back on....and then a whole lot of nothing. No base programs, no SD object programs, but some VEP programs that sound like something seriously isn't right altogether.

So...then I install the base rom...do a hard reset...then install the SD object and VEP object files as I would load any program into the 2661, and it seems to work. But when I add some additional VEP FARM files....something still isn't right with those sounds.

Has anyone been around this block, and can point me in the right direction, while I'm waiting for Kurzweil to get back to me?

I'm an idiot......

Instead of installing all Base, SD, VEP OBJECT files at the same time, I was installing them separately, then doing a hard reset. It doesn't say to SELECT then install all OBJECT files at the same time in the darn manual though....

Oh well.....problem solved.
