I've heard it's more a DJ tool, than a musical FX processor. Effects are designed for dance/electro/ambiance kind of music. They say it sounds pretty bad, if used with a guitar for example.
It would suit my needs though, but I wanted to have KPIII

Isn't Matthew Bellamy using one in his guitar?

Doesn't Bellamy also have a RAT pedal built into one of his guitars?

I would rather get a copy of Reaktor and a decent laptop machine - much more flexible, if you're willing to invest the time programming it. Tim Exile (YouTube him, folks) uses one of his own custom patches as the main component of his DJ'ing/remix rig - very clever stuff. I went to a masterclass that he did a few weeks ago where he went through the basics of his patch, and it truly is a work of genius :P
