Hello guys,
I'm now working on Cubase and Windows.
I'm going to have i MAC soon so my question is: are the files I'm working on the PC all right for MAC running Cubase?

Yes, Cubase for Mac should be able to open the files from a PC just fine as long as it's the same version (or newer).

Just another question: is the MOTU ultralite compatible with the Leopard?

There's no reason why it shouldn't be 100% compatible. I use one myself on both PC and Mac, and have never had any problems when OSX moved up a version in the past.
