Okay you are not going to believe this, but I helped a church clean out it's store room and they had an old organ they wanted to just get rid of. When I got there it was a Hammond b-3 and two count em two 122 cabs!
My problem is that I have never actually owned a real b-3 and I can't even figure out hot to turn the damn thing on. It has two switches that are like toggle switches and it says to turn the first one on then theother. The problem is it never "cranks" the organ on. I know a lot of you are going to call me a noob for this, but I am asking anyway.
Thanks for your help

It's not that difficult: the two switches should be labeled as Start (left one) and Run (right one).

Use the Start switch and hold it for about 15 seconds, then turn on the Run switch (still hold the Start switch) and let then syncronize (about 10 seconds). Then release the Start switch and the Hammond should run with a slight humming. If this doesn't work, either the Start or the Run motor are broken. It could be, that the organ is quite loud when it is running, cause it stood a while and usually, this thing must be oiled twice a year.

I suggest, you try to start this baby and if you have any problems, post it here or write me an email.
