$1,680.13 Usd is a good deal for 2 used Mackie active monitors SRM450?

thats the reatil price of 1 New SRM450 here in australia.

I guess the fact you get 2 for that price is good.....personally id try and work it down a bit more.....

AFKAR, Is the Australian high price tag mostly due to air mail shipping costs?

I searched and the cheapest price I could find was $700usd each.

Right now I can't afford them but I'm trying to get an idea of going prices.

I often see used items selling on eBay costing more than new.
My memory is telling me these were C $1400 each at a local music store.

a new one here is $2200AU ea......the US is US$1000 each
MAN I GOT RIPPED....but then again i got mine for a good price (well for OZ anyway)

so yeah, i guess the majority of that would be in shipping and markup

you may find prices are dropping by $200 - $300 these days because they are no longer made in Italy.....theyre made in china now i think.

About $1000 usd is a fair price.
