First, a Doepfer R2M. Built very well, I would tell you how it works but I forgot to bring a MIDI cable back from our jam room -_-

Secondly, a BBE 882i Sonic Maximizer. By far the most useful thing I've had in my rack in a long while. Go buy one, or at least try one!

ooh - big ribbon. Let me know how it works out with the Fusion. I would love something like that. I'm assuming you just plugged it into the Midi In on the fusion? How are you assigning it?

It cost me $300 new on Ebay.

You plug the power in on the module, connect the module to the ribbon with the supplied cable, and go from the modules MIDI out to the IN on the fusion, simple as that.

Theres a # of ways you can assign it, right now I have it set to generate note on messages and then pitch bend from there until it is released, much like a Continuum. You can set it for just pitch bend, just note on/off, etc. YOu just have to make sure the bend range in the module and the fusion are set the same, or else you start hearing steps during the bend. The only thing I dont like about its capabilities are theres no way to have it set for PB only, and bend up and down. The base note for PB only is always at the far left of the ribbon, and you can only move one way from there which can be assigned up bend up or bend down =(
