a friend lend me his old roland d-20 a while ago and i got this fc-100 guitar foot controller at home. the question is can i use that foot controller for that synth?

i mean, it's a foot controller and the interface is different. is that possible?

i was searching for answers in the net but i can't find one.

could anybody help me? i'd really appreciate if anyone will reply to this post.

If it's connectable through midi and sends midi-signals, then yes.

oh i've checked it out but the fc-100 has different midi socket (?) . i think it has 6 pins. so i'm thinking if there is a cable for that and on the other end will be the basic 5 pin that will serve as a midi input for the keyboard. ??

There is no conversion between 5-pin and 6-pin DIN connectors. If the device is a MIDI foot controller then there must be a standard 5-pin midi interface.
