Ok, so I just got my Triton Rack today that have been long awaited for me, so I'm all happy at the moment, twiddling around with all sounds and all. Now it's like this, I've got a live show this wednesday (!) and if possible I want to use my new Triton rack. However as I'm quite new with all these technicalities I need some help

First, how do I set up sounds like a preset list so that I can just change the sound with just a click of a button? I'll be playing songs where I need to change sounds mid-way through a song (Carry on my wayward son, and Almost like love with Yes for an example ). Also is there some way to use a pedal of some kind like Jordan Rudess to change sounds? I don't think it will be possible for this wednesdays gig to fix the pedal thing, but I thought I'd ask anyways.

I'm not sure if the rack has the switch input....
But to set the list, you need to select a a bank in combi mode, and start saving your sounds in order. For example, you can clear out bank D and start from sound 000. So your first song starts on 000 all the way to sound number 009 for example. Then song 2 can start at 010 all the way to 016... and so on.
In order to change the sounds with a pedal, you need to get one, maybe the Boss FS-5U, and go to global mode. In there, you will find the option to select the function for the switch. You need to select "program up", that way, everytime you press the pedal, you will go to the next sound.

Remember you can use program sounds on combi mode, just make sure to initialize the combi (erase all previous data) and then load the program. It will load without FX, so you need to set that up, both insert and master FX. Once you are on the FX page there is an option to copythe FX from the original program, so is quite a simlpe task.

Hope it helps,
good luck.
