DREAM THEATER celebrated the 15-year anniverary of its classic 1992 album "Images and Words" by performing the LP in its entirety on Day Two of the Gods Of Metal Festival yesterday (Sunday, June 3) in Italy. Also appearing on the bill were co-headliners HEAVEN AND HELL, along with BLIND GUARDIAN, DIMMU BORGIR, DARK TRANQUILLITY and SYMPHONY X.

DREAM THEATER's setlist was as follows:

Damn....thats surprising... i was expecting song from SC to dominant their festival setlists.... but that is still one kick arse set

Apparently there was no filiming crew at the scene so I'm guessing either audio only or they'll be playing it as well somewhere and then record it for DVD as well.

It sounds as a joke axiom, but i'm not sure. So i guess ur wrong, its a radias, left down is the OASYS, above it a memotron.

Lucky bastards! I&W is my favourite album so I'd like to see it performed at a live show myself. Ah well, I guess you just can't have everything :tongue: I'll be seeing them in September in Sweden anyways. (They'd better play Take the Time though, otherwise only God knows what will happen :wink:)

Totally agree.. I want them to play Take the time in Stockholm.. it would be soo great!:)

So you're going too huh :smile: What kind of tickets did you get? I got some up on the platform, because like hell I'm gonna stand for 3 hours :tongue: And likely it's gonna be more because of Symphony X playing as pre-show. I've never been much for that kind of thing anyways, standing pressed together like sardines in a box. Been there done that you could say, as I've already stood at the fence when I saw them at the Sweden Rock Festival 2 years ago (although I have to admit that was great and I could see everything, but they'll be having up screens anyways, so you'll see enough)
