If i'm not mistaken Open Labs Neko products always have been an open source keyboard. It's probaly slightly more powerful from Oasys, as in you have a powerful PC inside it, and can use it for your ultimate workstation. You can install VSTi inside, and have the luxury of the massive hard drive space like in regular PCs.
I'm not sure whther they have 3 type of different engines like in Oasys or not.

They do not have any engines. They are just PCs running Windows XP under some shell interface program that Open Labs wrote so the user does not have to deal with XP if they choose to.
So you could put anything on it, it's more like a Receptor than the OASYS. I believe it's so powerful and the possibilities are just endless. Imagine putting something like Reaktor + Kontakt + a ton of VSTs. There is a more affordable model called the "Miko", I think you could get for $2500.
