For Jordan (and Dream Theater) - please read!!

Inspired by the Octavarium 3D swinging ball animation that was used last tour, I have created a 3D video based on the Systematic Chaos album cover that I hope for DT to use to be seen on the big video screens.

I hope DT hasn't already had something similar made. Either way, I hope that JR can get Dream Theater to see this and decide if you guys want to use it. If so, and I can make any changes you guys want and make a high quality render of it and send it to DT.

I would love nothing more than have DT use my video!

Care to explain how you did it? I mean, the graphics look VERY SIMILAR to those on the cover image. Did you scan it and then manipulate it somehow or recreated it in 3D from nothing?

Thanks for all the support people. I made it before they released any audio from the album, hence the lack of sound.

It was made with 3DS Max. Nothing was scanned or anything. I just made all the objects and matched them up as closely as I could to the cover. To animate the ants I didn't use any reference. I just went for it. They just happened to look good.
