So...here I am..stuck between these two options:
JV 1080, used (7 years old, without CD), for $260, or
JV 2080 + Vintage expansion card, used (4 years old), for $430???
I'd like to go for second one..but the problem is I don't have enough cash...currently I have $217, so I'd have to wait a bit to get a bit more... what do you think?

I've managed to drop the price of JV 1080 to $216...

Get the 1080. At one point I paid $1400.00 US dollars for mine.
That is a great price. Who is your seller and how long is the offer good for on the 2080? Will your seller hold on to it if you decide that the 1080
is not what you're looking for?

man i don't know....i'm really thinking of getting the 1080...the 2080 is too expensive..unless i wait for 2 months and then get the 2080, but i don't think it'll last that long... :?

The JV1080 has better (warmer) sounding DA converters than JV2080.

the deal of JV-1080 with 4 expansions was cancelled, so I'm going for JV-1080 for $316..when I'll have the money, that is ;) c'ya!
