Ive heard that if you have a program, I dont know wich, you can actually create a sound and trasnfer it to your keyboard?? Is that true? sorry for my n00bishness

i dont know of any universal program that deals with ALL keyboards...
but if you have a certain type of keyboard in mind, maybe we can tell you what options are available for that.
for example, if you have a synthesizer that is also a sampler, like a Korg Triton Extreme, you can create samples in a sampling program on the computer, and then use the Triton's USB interface (comes with software) to drop the .wav file of the sample into your keyboard's memory to use in a multisample, and to play on a preset.

The same thing applies to the Alesis Fusion, though you can just drag and drop files natively in explorer for that - you don't need any special programs.
Are you perhaps talking about the assorted PC editors for certain synths? The nord Modular series comes to mind.
