I believe that UAGM is in the Dream Theater Full Score Anthology.

It also has Voices, TDOE, and Home among others. Definitely worth the money.

I personally don't think the book is all that fantastically accurate, although the UAGM tab is fairly good. (The tabsa are done by several different people). There are a few little missing bits, but it's still the best thing you'll find.
