Mapping General MIDI files to Kurz format?

Is there an easy way to map General MIDI drum sequences to the Kurzweil drum patches?

How come when I save (from Power Tracks recording software) my drum track to a MIDI file and then load that MIDI file into my Kurz, I can't see any events in the event editor (they play, but I can't see them)?

If you search around the net, you'll find a CAL script for Cakewalk products that will automatically rearrange the drum tracks in your MIDI to be Kurzweil compatable. The script isn't perfect and requires some tweaking though. I would do it myself, but I know almost absolutely nothing about the CAL script language. :roll:

As for why you aren't seeing the drum stuff in the event editor, make sure you're looking on the right track when in the editor. You could be looking at another track that is empty. :P
