Dude, I love Hiromi. I have her debut album and it is awesome! I also have her 2nd release as well. She is quite the virtouso. Her and Jordan Rudess inspired me to learn keyboard after 15 years of playing guitar. Check this one out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AMwC2J3Tsk

I liked her hair better in the original Kung Fu World Champion :P
Sweet video, though - bassist seems much more coordinated this time.

Dude, she says she loves Dream Theater in the 2nd to the last paragraph here>>> http://www.nordusa.com/nordartists/hiromi.htm She has good taste. Her and Jordan should team up and do some crazy progressive/jazz/classical/rock stuff...You know they could do it!

I've seen her live on Umbria Jazz here in Italy opening the concert of Herbie Hancock (What an evening! ! ! !).
She's incredible, fantastic jazz improvvising, Fusion, funk ritmic and she use LH someway similar to Emerson.
I Love Her! ! !

Not lovin the bass player though...
That seems to be a frequent complaint with every musician who sees her and her band play :P

To be honest, I like the original Kung-Fu Champion more...
And I just hate the fact that Hiromi gets all the credit - the bassist and drummer sound good too, and does anybody know their names? I think not!!!...
Btw: Nord Lead 2 sounds great (I mean weird, but good)....

Late to join the party, but I LOVE Hiromi!!! I also think that her drummer and bassist are quite good actually (talking about the ones on the original Kung FU champion). The bassist is Tony Grey, and he is related to guitarist John McLaughlin btw, his nephew IIRC. Small world.
