Midi Foot Controller (behringer FCB1010)

Anyone have this foot midi controller? Can we use it to change patch, etc? and how to do it?
Untill now, I still use old-tricks to change patch with pedal, prog-up, prog-up... :(

I'm almost sure it works with keyboards. I tried to use some 3 years ago, before I knew about foot controller prog up. I couldn't figure out how to use the fcb1010, but if I would try it today, I would have understanded it. Anyways, some people say it's not very reliable, and I remember it way too large to be praticical. It works better if you have a keytar og a Z-stand. Its expression pedals are cool though.
