I bought the MSI 2 months ago and I really do like it a lot. It took me some time to get used to the somewhat "raw" sound, but it makes it quite interesting soundwise. IMO it sits quite well in a (rock-) band mix.

Though I don´t want this thread to become a promo-thread, to get an impression of how MSI might sound in a band situation and not in an official promo-clip, you might listen to my band´s song "Faded", which uses the MOTU MSI for all the strings, brass, woodwinds and choirs:

I've checked the audio demos and Jordan's video demos and I am convinced it is something I should get instead of buying a new keyboard.
