CD Audio

I just bought a sample cd of the Fairlight IIx factory sounds. But it came as CD Audio and no documentation. I'm a little dissapointed. Each track is a collection of sounds of a particular type (keyboard, guitar, bass, analog, brass, etc).

Any suggestions as to how to start splitting this up into individual sample files (WAV, AIFF, whatever)?

You can use Sound Forge to extract each track. You can work from there setting loop points etc. and save as whatever audio format you like.
