Problem with Learning to Live

Well, I think that this is the right place so I'll just ask...

I Started to learn the song from the Dream Theater keyboard anthology, and when I reached to the second verse I found a sign that I'm not familiar with its meaning... it's right after "I fell in love to be let down"

Can someone tell me the meaning? it's page 9 if you have the anthology....

It means slide up (glissando) to the next chord. It's pretty often used with organ sounds.
