Right, so I'm looking to get a pedal to use as a patch changer for my M-Audio Keystation 61es. Could I use the following pedal with Reason to do this?

http://www.thomann.de/ie/lead_foot_lfs1.htm

And also, the rear of the keystation has a 'Sustain foot pedal' input. Could the above foot pedal work in it? Or is it really only for sustain pedals?

Sorry for all the questions!

I'm afraid that it does not have a control pedal input, so you won't be able to change patches with a pedal...
If it had a control pedal jakk, than every MOMENTARY pedal would do the trick... off course, your keyboard has to support "changing patch function" too...

About control pedals, I use this one... cause I'm Roland extremist... (BOSS = Roland)

Pedal is a pedal, and I like this one, because it looks nice...

Aw, too bad. At the moment I use the bottom two keys to change patches, but I was hoping for something hands free. Ah well, thanks for answering!

I haven't tried it but this seems like the best solution, albeit expensive if you consider you also need a footswitch and a midi cable.

or maybe this one:

just make sure you stomp the correct switch.
