Wow, That's a tall order. Have you seen Rick's rig ?
(He does have a minimoog on the list) :D

Your guess is as good as mine as to what he used.
I will say that I discovered a moog brass patch in the roland vintage synth expansion module that sounds similar to the live moog brass sound he solos with. (I've seen him live solo a couple of times) you may want to check out that expansion module. http://www.rolandus.com

Wakeman's got a few different versions of his lead sound. They are basic with variations. Three that are worth nailing are the standard saw patch, the blippy trumpet patch (also saw waves) and the cold square wave patch from And You And I. The trick to the cold square patch is the tuning of the oscillators (two square waves, one is two octaves above the other). The others are simply stacked saw waves through the filter. The blippy one has a tad more resonance, and slightly more active filter envelope.
Now the two real tricks for a Wakeman sound:
1) Tune the portamento time precisely for the line you are playing until you get just the right amount of gentle swoop, and it seems like the synth has it's own personality.
2) Adjust with the filter attack, from medium to fast, as you play. The varation in filter attack is a trademark of his.
If you watch Rick on his Mini's you'll see that he is continuously re-adjusting these two parameters for the speed of the lines he is playing.
Best,
Jerry
