But not just any presets!

Oh, no - Updates on the Holy Grail Piano presets, which is why i'm posting here - the piano is a big bone of contention among Fusion users, and these patches should go a long way to smoothing over these little fights.

Unfortunately, you have to email kpr (the creator) for these patches. I might host them and post a link here, with the Moderator's consent.

I emailed them yesterday and got a reply this morning, but I haven't had a chance to check them out since I'm at work. I've been waiting for them ever since he announced them

How do they sound? Do they add more meat to the piano without it sounding like crap?

I haven't tried them either

I emailed them a few hours ago - hoping for a reply before I go to bed tonight. I'm gonna spend the meantime organising my banks using Fusion Sort.

No need - I just got them. I've been trying out all the different pianos, and they all seem quite 'brittle' - very mid-high, not much warmth to them. They're much more playable than the HG - very dynamic, and no obvious sample changes, and they'd cut through a rock mix very well, but solo through a set of Shure e2 headphones (which, granted, are renowned for their open top), they pierce quite easily. I don't know - perhaps it's just that the HG samples weren't up to scratch.

Anyways - they're a step up from the HG, and that's good enough for me.
