Hey maestros, please check out my newly uploaded duel with Yngwie that I did with a backing track someone made available here on Jordan's site. Please join my friends list (I need all I can get!LOL) and feel free to post comments there on myspace. Hope ya guys think Im up to spec. I have 2 mellow original "New Age" type piano pieces on there too.

Its my first post here in "show off" section so go easy on me guys...

I'm working on perfecting "Black Star". I can play all the guitar parts in it on the keyboard. Your stuff sounds good.

Thats very good, nice background track.
Have you ever tried wah-wah on that sound (with pedal or joystick, not auto-wah), It's great...

Hey Michael, I really dig your playing! Very very nice:smile:

Kinda liked more the piano stuff than the Yngwie stuff (It's not you, it's the fact I don't like the shredding that much)

Awe...fair enough. yeah, I figured I'd put both sides of my playing up there. Im not the biggest fan of my "New Age-ish" originals but am pleased when others enjoy them. Im more into the shred thing right now.

Thanks though man. Truly appreciated.

Cool take Michael....fits in nice and like the added chords as well.when doing this type of fast soloing don't forget to bend some notes too, adds to the expression, you don't want to fall into the trap of playing just up/down scalar runs... great work :)

Thanks for the compliments...I think the pitch bend thing is WAAAAY overdone. If I was playing a pentatonic rock type solo...more bending would be in order for sure, but not for this stuff. JMO. Im just not a big fan of tons of bending during a shred solo.

Thanks to everyone for the encouraging compliments.
