Seeking Hourglass sheet music

Hi everyone,

I'm working on the song hourglass with my friend for the next music show at my school. I've found the tabs for the song, but not for the piano part...

I have not many time left before my show and I would truly like to play this song with the guitar and piano.

If anybody could help, I'll be greatfull :wink:
