Program Change in UF8

[Liquid Dream Theater Expe]

I've never really understood how to set up the CME UF8 to recieve Program change signals via the Controller-port on the back. You are supposed to set the MIDI-Message in the program UF Editor but I just cant find out how????
And isn't the MIDI code for program change +1 COde nr. 99?
