Hello everybody, how are you all doing?

If anybody with any CME UF keybaord experienced this problem, please tell me how to fix it.

Here is the story:

I dont know why this happened but i was practising some songs and suddenly the keyboard's drawbar light came on, and the keyboard started sending midi messages on its own. so i turned it off and turned it back on,when i did, first it says 20 on he LED display, then this sign [something like 2 opposit "r"s] came into diplay, and the same thing happened again, it started sendin midi messages. I even tried using usb, and the samething happened. to stop i pressed "all notes off" and "reset" but it still happened a bit later on.

what do i do to fix this problem?? has this happened to anyone before??

Hmm, never had that problem with mine. Did you test it without the USB?

yup, it first occured a week or so ago, it was connected via USB, and i turned it on yesterday, via MIDI and the same thing happened. every time i turn the it on i have that problem.

But when you tried it via MIDI was the USB plugged in? It might just be your soundcard sending out weird data packets. Also, have you posted this occurance on the CME forums? I'd be interested in hearing their solution.

No, the midi and usb werent both connected at the sametime, and it has nothing to do with my sound card since the midi cable has to go through a midi->usb converter. i have posted this on the CME forum, though that forum is almost dead. but i have sent the info about my problem to info@cme-pro.com and webmaster@cme-pro.com. i hope they reply me as soon as posible.

im sorry if i sound rude, im just so freakin pissed.

if they send me the info on how to fix the problem, ill send it to u as a P.M.

thx man, is there anybody else that can help me with this problem?
