How do your synths react, if you are plying a voice/combi/performance and you step on the data-increament pedal (just like JR does) ????

I am going to play with only one synth and use a pedal for the data-inc, but therfore i need a synth, that does not cut off the last played sound (and does not have a latency period) when i switch to the next performance...

my yamaha s30 is useless for it, i had a roland keyboard that didnt cut off the sounds ----- but what about other synths?? especially what about the K2000???

thanks a lot

Well, as far as I know very few synths can do that, the not-cutting-off-the-sound thing. My K2600r doesn´t and I guess that`s the only one of the major workstations these days that can fo that....correct me if I`m wrong

That's why I haven't gotten an OASYS.
It's really important to me that my sounds
change seamlessly without any interruptions
as they do on my Kurz.

Roland XP-80. No problem for that.

The patch continue to sound, though with the effects of the new selected patch.

I'm really amazed that all those big Tritons or Motifs can't do that.

My Roland E-15, a cheap arranger keyboard, could do that with no problem at all (same goes for the SoundCanvas modules I think, which are using the same sounds).

even the korg oasys cant do that????

doesnt that mean a problem to JR??

and now what about the k2000 - if the 2600-series can, the 2000 should be able to do it, too??
