I bought a K2500X and have a problem with the keyboard: Most of the black key send noticeably higher velocity values.
I had a similar problem with a single key on my old fatar Masterkeyboard (which has the same Keyboard as the k2500x). There it was caused by a worn rubber contact on the circuit board underneath the keyboard where the velocity is measured. So I replaced these contacts in the k2500x with those from my fatar. The Problem remained. I even changed the whole circuit board with no success. Also changing the springs at the back of the keys didn't solve the problem.
Anyone with the same problem and some advices?

did you replace them on the black keys or white keys? Or is it the same one for both?

Hey, I have such a problem with my K2500 too - it's one white key that send's very high velocitys, like your Fatar board did. Can I remove the pads without damaging something? I remember you had to cut through something to remove for example the hammers...

I remember having that kind of problem with one weird key on my old roland keyboard.. I was told that it probably was something wrong with the circuits and that it would be cheaper to but a new board.. but that was just a shitty old Roland so.. service center sounds like the best option in my opinion..
