I'm still contemplating selling my Roland XP-80 and buying a Kurwzeil PC2. I'm trying to match up the pros and cons of each. My question goes out to you PC2 users out here...
How dos the feel of the PC2 (not the PC2X) feel? How does it compare to other semi-weighted or synth-weighter boards that you've experienced?

Ya see I can't find a PC2 to play. I can get one from the internet but I'm nervous that the feel isn't better than my Roland XP-80, which by the way is only OK to me. It's better than any light-weigted keyboard, but still not heavy enough to pull off a nice piano riff once in a while. My 76 key keyboard (XP-80) is used mainly for strings, organ, and layers of different EP & bells over pads. The XP-80 is what I consider to be a fast keyboard, which is great for synth leads and organs. But I would like an inbetween kind of feel.

Thanks in advance
Bob

Don't worry, PC2 is very fast! I like very much that action because has keys high as a piano but soft and very responsive, good for anything!
I think it's a very comfortable, better than the xp-80 (I have XP-30 and the key feeling is the same).
Sounds on Pc2 are spectacular and the master key functions simple and powerful. If you don't pretend to program your our own sounds or go with the sequencer this can be the right choice. One thing that I hate about Pc2 is the external power supply, I' don't understand it!
