I love playing the funny piano in the dance of eternity and at the end of When the Water breaks(cant play that one as fast, though).

What are some good honkytonk/ragtime piano songs that aren't harder to play than the TDOE piano solo?

Most midis I've found are boring and sound all the same.

One suggestion:

Scott Joplin.

Notably,
The Entertainer
Maple Leaf Rag
Fig Leaf Rag
Cascades *Awesome, a little trickier*
Elite Syncopations
Original Rags (Kind of kiddy sounding, and not too hard)

There are more, but I'd check out some midi's to download first to get a feel for how they go, and then check out some compositions there.

Another one that's AWESOME but a little harder to play is called the Graceful Ghost Rag. It's by William Bolcolm. There's one on the site I'll post, but it's played WAY TOO FAST there. Anyway, it'll give you an idea.

Check out there, at the bottom. If you open the little drop down there, you can scroll to the bottom and check out the ragtimes they have there for download :-)

Hope that helps ya
