I want to know something about this pedalboard. Seems very intresting. I surely prefer this kind of solution instead of a group of sustains and switches moving below keyboards.
Is there someone who can give me some advices about this product?
Thanx!

Hi friend, the FCB 1010 it´s a really great tool for the live gigs, with this pedal board you can control many midi functions for example you can send in 4 midi ch. simultaneous the next comands:
--Program change (10 banks with then pads)
--CC#
--Control Data
--CC# value for 2 expresión pedals
--Note number
--Start/Stop comand
--And you have Midi sysex backups storage
Plus you can send switch changes for typical amps (channel selection) o switch value for pedal inputs in keyboards.
With this board you can control mora than 4 synths for a fast and easy response and the 2 exp. pedals really rocks you can have many parameters for real time modification. You can control secuences, samples or any midi equipment and the programing work it´s so easy :D

Hi Atreus! :)
The FCB1010 is a great buy, even my guitarist's buying one to control his PodXT. The features are those described by Karmafied (what brand's that strap-on master keyboard from?!?) and this piece of gear truly rocks. By the way, in Italy (our home ;D) it costs about 150€: the price is honest for such a bunch of controllers, but you must consider it's not that fair and 150€ are not given away any day (trad. SONO 150 EURO CHE POTRESTI DEDICARE AI FONDI DA PARTE PER UNA TERZA TASTIERA :D).
Deceit.
WOW!!! That could very well be my next equipment purchase. Would that thing work well with my Kurz K2500XS? I don't currently own any expression pedals, but was thinking about getting something. I can see how those nice big foot switches would be nice for changing patches during a performance. Someday I'm going to get another board and it would be nice to able to control both with the one set of pedals. Very nice. Is there any difference between using the Behringer Pedals and pluging pedals directly into the 1/4" jacks on the back of my board?

Wow, finally someone who can give me some useful info!
Well, what about the 2 expression/volume pedal? They can be used only to control CC message? Can I assign one of them for sustain? However i think it isn't the best solution.
The 10 switches are latched or unlatched? They can be used in both mode?
And what about the midi merge capabilties? Can you tell me an example?
Thank you again!

From what I recall, the switches are selection switches, so would be latched, although I've not tried it myself. I doubt they would be suitable for sustain though. The CC pedals *could* be used for sustain at a push, I guess, although a real sustain pedal would give you much better results. You're better off using them for volume, wah, filters or whatever. Whether you could assign it to sustain would probably depend on your synth.
Behringer gear tends to be very rugged, I've got a rack full of the stuff and it's never let me down (except for a loose slider on a graphic EQ - the knob snapped off) so buy with confidence. The price for the FCB1010 is about the same throughout Europe, so I don't think you're getting a bad deal in Italy.
