Problem with k2500XS sampler

Hello....I need some help.
When the sampler come back to the loop point, I can hear some noise that I would not like to hear :roll:

Hi Skinner, maybe you have the same problem like me... when I play a sample at the end there a loud bright noise. I also happens when I hold the sample and play a 'normal' sound while holding it...

I still have to phone the service center, problem is that I need my board for gigs... have you run the diagnosis-tools?
