Anthem of The World Orchestral Intro sound

Hi man..i dont manage with orchetsral sounds so i would gladly ask you if someone can get or help me in getting the intro sound for Anthem of the world by Stratovarius..
I Really dont know with wath sound is composed so please, help me!!

Just use some basic shit. At least live it's not that complicated. Heavy staccato strings, (lots of 'em) and surprise surprise, a bit of harpsi. Maybe some powerful staccato-like choir a bit. Should do it.

--All this came from my mind, don't really remember what the sound is like...

mmh..harpsy?' do you mean to take it in a low volume?
I can also hear a harmonized violin sound..maybe a fifth down..

Yeah I don't think it's very dominating in that sound, as far as I recall. But it might give the sound a certain orchestral feel, and hey, it's a Jens sound, how can it NOT have harpsi :lol:

edit: just listened to it from a bootleg - definitely harpsi, and kinda strong one too. Easy to hear. Sounds like the harpsi and the strings are tuned in a harmony tho.

edit 2: whoa, this has a great Jens solo in it - don't think the album version even had a key solo? Sounds cool this way.

Well I have 2 bootlegs. One is from Rio ´97, it's hilarious. Mainly because of the really shitty singing. Also da lead is a bit different there too ;)

The 2nd one (the one with the AOTW) is the Tavastia (Finland) one from uhmm ´99.

'spose we could figure some way to get the mp3 to you, but it should be fairly easy to find the bootleg somewhere, like Direct Connect or something. I think I got mine from this great "metalalbums" -hub like a year ago, but the hub changed or died or something I guess.

Just search for "stratovarius tavastia(/or bootleg)" or something like that.
