Does anyone have any suggestions what kind of a Audio Interferance I should buy ?? so I can record in easy situations just with a Laptop and a Keyboard.. :) ?

I'd say take a look at the M-Audio range, they have a couple of USB based audio interfaces that are compact and a great addition to a keyboard/Laptop rig. They've just bought out a rather inexpensive firewire based audio interface too 'The Firewire Audiophile'. Has a great spec and can run off the laptops power which is what you want for maximum portability, you don't want to relying on having to plug the device into the wall. :)

Check out the new Novation interface/midi controller.
It connects via USB. Very cool. Lots of on board
controllers too.
