hi guys, i was just wondering if any of you can help me with something.
im thinking about buying an LE88 but i was wondering about changing the settings on the pitch stick... i know that you can change the side-to-side actoin to different to bend a pitch, but i was wondering if the up-and-down action can be changed from modulation to be a pitch bend aswell... so that i can have the side-to-side action bend two semitones up and down, and the up-and-down action to bend an octave up and down. i know it sound complicated and i asked the guy at the music store about it and he didnt know, so i was hoping that one of you wise old synth dudes can give me a a hand, cheers.

Yepp, you can choose to make up and down on the pitch bender control the modulation as you asked. I must warn you though. The pitch bender is really weak. I used it for my lead solos, and it didn't take long before I broke it, all though I was careful. And guess what, it got broken the very next day after I got it repaired.
