k2000R vs Triton rack

Can anyone give me a comparrison as to which of these is best and why or any pointers to comparrisons would be appreciated.

Triton Rack uses newer technology for sure. Also, it has a lot of capabilities, like MOSS upgrade and a lot more! I don't know K2000R but it is far older than Triton, and Triton is the best engine out after VAST IMHO.

Well in the end it depends on what you want to do with it. Remember that the K2000 is like, 15 years old. On that same token, it's STILL used today.
The Triton is newer, has a better internal effects engine, but isn't as flexible as a synthesis engine.

I'd honestly say though, I'd PROBABLY go for the Triton over the 2000. Now if it were a toss up between that and a 2600? There wouldn't be a decision :)
