Attention: DaniKoesterich (ACCENT Trouble)

Hi

i'm trying to subscribe to the Accent magazine with my OC username.
But i get a message that says that the user name is already in use. My user name is reinaldo13 ..... how can i solve it? I really want to save the money since i'm OC member.

This is the exact message i get:

Error: The username you have selected is already in use. Please press 'back' and try again

Thanks to whoever is able to help me!

Ps. I think there is another dude around with the same problem...can't remember his nick right now.

come on guys....i'm trying to subscribe to the magazine...any help??.....i don't know what else to do....i also tried the "Contact Us" section of Accent, and i get an Error message saying that the password and username is incorrect???....when i actually don't need a password to send a message in the support section.

I'm not speaking just for myself...maybe some other people have the same problem..and it would be a pitty if the magazine losses potential subscribers because of this.

I'm sure you guys did a good job with it....i'm just hoping this "Bug" could be fixed pretty soon.

Hi Ray! I am the other guy and thanks for speaking on my behalf and probably others....

I too am having the same problem and have emailed the issue to the 'contact' link 3 times providing my email address as instructed and haven't gotten any response. Wonder if that link is actually working??

Getting the same message:

Error: The username you have selected is already in use. Please press 'back' and try again

My username is: echen007

If anyone can help us resolve these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Dani is on vacation for a week. I have sent him a note about the problems you are having. The man is always in front of his computer and never takes vacations- I'm sorry you are having this issue now!!

Thanks Jordan, no worries..i'll wait til Dani is back or until he is able to fix the problem. I just wanted you guys to know about the issue...we don;t want the Keyboard community to miss the chance to subscribe to that great source of musical information.

I've tried the contact at the ACCENT website but that doesn't work. Received an error about username and password.

anyways, my user semmi78 is blocked at the accent site. This is because my paymenttransaction failed. So if I resubscribe it says that semmi78 is already in use. Can it be removed so that I can re-use the username?
