Could somebody help me?
I remember seing a picture of Derek Sherinian, with his fancy setup, with Billy Idol standing right next to him, on this forum not so long ago. After almost 2 hours of intense searching, I haven't managed to find this picture.
Now it's bugging the hell out of me, and completely drained my imagination as to what can one put as the search terms.. I don't exactly remember what the thread was about... But the message accompanying this picture was something along the lines of ' look at this guy's attitude ' if I'm not completely mistaken.
Does anybody recall seing this thread laying around somewhere, redundant?

There's a bunch here: http://www.dereksherinian.com/media-gallery.html
But I think I have the picture you're looking for. I don't know where it originally came from, so I can't post a link to the original or anything, but I'll host it and PM you a link.

Ok, I was just looking at the pics of Derek and they are nice however whats the deal with the tilted red keyboards? Yes, I know they are Nords I just wanna know why they are tilted? Is that so everyone can see his hands?
Or does it enable one to play faster?
Does anyone else do that? Id get dizzy staring at boards at that angle.

As far as i'm aware, it's done purely for style. Looks good, though.

Yes, empvector, that's exactly what I was looking for! Thanks a lot. Now my mind can rest.
I just simply don't understand how I didn't come across it when looking for it all over Derek's site. Haha...
Thank you too, Tigerfolly, but it seems I have found whatever I was searching for.
As for other keyboardists tilting stands, really many do that. There are quite a lot of threads on this subject here.

I believe that the triton is actually just covered in red tape.
I tried the tilting thing and don't like it because I find it hard to use anything on the user interface of the keyboard.

I made a topic about it. But I missed it.
i think derek sherinian's keyboard stance is just because of this that he would make somethink new and very special...but i think,as a pianist this position can not be agreeabel.
for me it`s just a show.

I believe the picture originally came from the Clavia website, where Derek was pictures as a Nord artist.
