Premium Tickets for DT-shows

I had a chance to buy a premium ticket for a DT-show on the european tour. Problem is I had my mom to buy the ticket since I'm not old enough to have a creditcard. I read that "Tickets to international customers, outside of the US and Canada, are delivered via the venue's willcall the day of the show. All tickets for all shows outside the US and Canada are delivered via willcall the day of the show." How'll that work? How can I get the ticket when it was ordered in my mothers name? Anyone who can help me? I tried to get answers from FanFire, but I haven't heard from them. Have anyone experienced the use of premium tickets before, who can explain me how it works. have you tried calling the venue itself? (if fanfire isnt the venue that is). i'd just call the place up and ask them what you need to prove that those are your tickets if they were not bought in your name. ive never done tickets through will call, but i think you just show up early the day of the show, go to the box office and pick up your tickets. sound like they are doing it this way for you instead of mailing them out to you. good luck! give the band a thumbs up from me. lol.
