Hi all! Can you recommend me some exercise - preparatory too - for improving my one-hand arpeggio's technique? I find the most difficult in descending (middle over thumb) passages. I want to improve this kind of arpeggios cause i love them but don't like 2 hands technique too :)
Thx all!

Just learn or take some arpeggios you already know and practice them going down the same way you got good at them going up (reverse fingerings). SLOWLY and CLEANLY at first W/THE METRONOME. Im assuming you are talking about the right hand descending.
Im no teacher so I may be wrong but this is basically how I get mine better

yeah, you basically have to just practice... try massaging your fingers & doing a bit of stretching before you begin... also remember, playing evenly is more importatnt than playing fast (so feel free to keep upping that metronome, but your goal should be to play evenly & smoothly at each new tempo, not to just keep up)
have an eye on the following url ... it may provide you 3 exercises to improve your arpeggios

It also deals of the technique used to masterize them ;) Actually I play these kind of exercises with a metronome and Michael Troy said, play them slowly and cleanly :D
good luck
