I wanna buy one of those CD's, but I don't know which one to get. I really love to hear live performances, but I would prefer to get the original CD if the sound quality is considerably better.

Any advice please?

Thx!

They're both great and very different from each other. I'd say that if it's your first time hearing this stuff, go for the original. Because it's fun to see how Rudess and Morgenstein change and add stuff on the bootleg.

EDIT: Sound quality is pretty damn good for a live recording, but of course a studio album is a studio album, ya know?

Its RMP not RPM (ie its not Rudess Project Morgenstein, its Rudess Morgenstein Project).

You could call it RPM because of the actual artwork on the cover.

Well they still seem to sell it in the merchandise section on JR's main site.

Yes, Ive seen the cover, but the "P" is still lower than the other 2, and we read from left to right and top to bottom, not in a zig zag. Plus, all you need to do to see which one is right is say the whole thing out loud. Rudess Project Morgenstein sounds completely retarded, whereas the other way actaully makes sense.

Revolutions Per Minute doesnt sound as "retarded" as you put it...
it kinda gives a cool second meaning, and for as long as i've even heard of the album, people here have called it RPM. and technically, if you do read it from left to right, with the letters connected it reads RPM, even though the "proper" initials would be RMP. i dont think it makes that big of a difference, and i dont know what their intentions for it was, but i like how if you look at it differently, their initials could read RPM.

anyway, i think i wanna try the bootleg version. havent really thought about it since i got the other version so long ago. sounds fun.

Well, no, because the P is on the next line below, and it doesnt stand for Revolutions Per Minute. And I think the only person I've seen say RPM is Enigma. But whatever. I guess if someone wants to intentional misspell/mispronounce it, thats their choice, but Im pretty sure Jordan or Rod would say it's RMP (although Rod might try to say its MRP).
