Hey, i want to get a footpedal to be used for changing programs quickly during live performances, how do i go about doing this, what kind of pedal, how much $, etc.

I have an Alesis QS6.2 if that helps.

Any response would be greatly appreciated.

They're really cheap you should be able to get any switch pedel. There are some that have a polarity switch at the bottom of the pedal, this is nice if your board doenst have a polarity setting for switch.

Figure something like $15-20 at guitar center. Dont pay more than that.

Hmmm.
Can those midi foot controllers ( http://www.behringer.com/02_products/prodindex.cfm?id=FCB1010&lang=ENG&CFID=22154&CFTOK EN=91958035 ) used to change synth modules?
For example if there is one controller, and two synth modules, and you want to switch between modules witch one you want to use by pressing pedal, and change patches of it.

What about that Boss that Jordan had on NDOBT?

Check out Page 7 of the manual for that pedal board. It says you can controll many instruments with it via various MIDI channels.

I was thinking about getting the exact same model but I decided to just use my normal 3 pedals. That might of been too much to keep track of.
