Check out the keyboard solo towards the end. It's really fast but absurdly tasteful and catchy as well. I know he used the OASYS PCI card to make his lead sound there. It sounds very Jensy but also has a wah and what sounds like an auto time-based hpf sweep from the LFO. NOt 100% sure on the ffects but it sounds like the typical phaser/flanger/overdrive/delay to me. I can't seem to get this on my triton LE though. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

The guy goes by the name "Virt". He actually plays everything on the recording and has done a lot of other heavy metal video game mix tunes. Look him up on www.vgmix.com. He's more of a guitarist really but is also an excellent keyboard player and producer.

"haha before i was confident enough to really play my guitar, i tried to make the most realistic synth simulation i could using my OASYS. used in a dense mix, it can be pretty convincing (the lead tone, not the rhythm)... but now that i can play for real, there's no need."
So yeah, he had an Oasys when they were ridiculously expensive. And this is by far the most realistic guitar lead I've ever heard.

What do you mean that they were ridiculously expensive? Dude, the 88 still makes you pretty bankrupt.

I believe ktriton is talking about the original Korg OASYS PCI card for PCs, not the new beast.

Yeah, he doesn't have the keyboard. I pretty positive about that.

Would you need 2 filters create this sound (1 LPF and 1 HPF)?

That guy's pretty damn awesome, and they're some awesome leads, and that one that replicates a guitar, could SO EASILY BE MISTAKEN!!!
