hehe new ipods, the ipod and the ipod photo are one and the same now, every white ipod has a color display, with a price starting at only $299.
You can choose between from 20 or 60 GB models. And the higlight, it features a new technology called "podcast". with this technology you can browse and sample radioshows, called podcasts, which you can sync to your ipod and listen to them anytime.

I was never really impressed with the iPod interface, from my interactions with iPods of my friends, though I'm sure you become acclimated to it. I still prefer my Nomad jukebox. The other thing I don't really like is the limited storage capacity. For high-quality MP3's, if you have a substantial number of CD's and MP3's, like I do, even 60 gigs doesn't cut it. I have to laugh at comments of reviews on some sites that say "you could put your entire neighborhood's CD collection on it!" Perhaps if they each only owned a dozen CD's. I own over 1,000 CD's, and a great deal of MP3's, and with current technology it won't even come close to fitting.

What you said doesn't make sense...60GB is 60GB where it's an ipod or a Creative Zen...not even your creative zen is going to fit your "thousands of cd" collection...have you even ripped most of them to your computer to see how they fit ? I have about 500-600 CDs ripped to my ipod and it's about around 6700-6800 songs right now (and I own a 60GB model), which means it's close to the halfway mark, I"m sure you could fit the majority of your cd collection on any 60GB mp3 device...and even if you couldn't, would you really be bugged out about not having your 2000 CDs on one device...? honestly lol
