Yo!

So, I wanted to visit DT's concert in Padova, IT, on 23rd of June but since none of my friends had enough money, and I didn't want to go by myself, I spend that night with my girlfriend ;) So I wonder if anyone was there, maybe to share a photo or two and the experience?

Thanks, J

Oh,

it's pictures that you want....... :)

Asking for illegal taped footage isn't that polite over here ;)

Maybe Andrea 'The Clinicmaster' went, and took some pictures

Ti saluto.

Andrea [ITA]

i don't remember all the tracks, all that i remember is:

Metropolis pt1
the root of all evil
lie
endless sacrifice
just let me breathe
the spirit carries on
pull me under
as i am
in the name of god
sacrified sons
JP solo
panic attack
never enough

not in this order.. and others that i can't remember now..

Hey Andrea,

It was great to be there. We had nice long talks and the concerts was good.

The overall sound was not that good as at Graspop, but the keys were loud and clear, cutting right through the mix......

and that was what we want to hear............ :)

Ciao Andrea,

I notice that you really love Kurzweil sound but, just curious, how many do you played/owned to know if they're worst then Oasys? :)

I was there. It was a good show. :) I didn't pay much attention to it, though... I was too distracted. Andrea, you know, yes? ;)

Hi Andrea [ITA], could you pls change your nickname because people here might think you are me and I am you? Thanks

Grazie, ciao

i will translate my last reply for you :)

G3 Padova last year, after the JR Este show. Same venue, in fact. Marco was there, he would remember the whole thing. ;) Remember the girl at the desk of the hotel where we stayed in Este? She was cute, too. :P

If people actually knew what it was like to go travelling around the world doing rock shows like this, I think they would probably be really...

really...

disappointed. At least, it probably wouldn't live up to their expectations. But -- I've really begun loving coming to Italy.

I hope u'll understand what i said.
Thx.
Musically,
Andrea

I've owned two K2500, an X keyboard version and a R rack module. I've made a lot with them and have been a lot of fun. I must say that, IMHO, one big lack of Kurz are filters.. they sounds flat and I've really have great efforts to do some good analog sounds on it.. otherwise, those sounds can be fitted in every mix because this "flatness". Korg filters are much warm then Kurz one.. but I don't understand why they continue to implement a "2 voices per program" system :\ I think that deep layering can be made today... it was also made ten years ago and we can use them with out kurzs.

my 2 cents,

Luca

Because no one uses programs to gig :D so two voices are more than enough, and you can obtain wonderful (and possibly more complex) sounds with some programming i.e. Jordan's RA Triton Extreme demo...
